Terms and Conditions – pkr360 Platform Rules and Policies

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you and pkr360 regarding your use of the pkr360 platform, including all services, games, promotions and features available through the website. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the platform, you are confirming full acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all registered users and to any person accessing the platform, regardless of whether they have completed registration. Using the platform in any capacity — even just browsing the Game Lobby or Promotions page — indicates acceptance of the conditions described here.

2. Eligibility

• You must not be excluded from using the platform by any self-exclusion, account restriction or court order.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or affiliate of pkr360 or any associated business.
• You must not be attempting to register from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

pkr360 is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate accounts, accounts operated on behalf of third parties, and accounts used for any commercial or professional purpose are not permitted.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one pkr360 account only. Registering multiple accounts — using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment details or devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved will be closed and any balances held across those accounts will be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your real name, valid phone number, date of birth and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. pkr360 staff will never ask for your password through any channel — if anyone claiming to represent pkr360 asks for your password, treat it as a scam and report it to us immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

Account Verification

pkr360 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point — including before processing a withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or as part of routine compliance checks. Requested documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of ownership of a payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits

pkr360 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and supported mobile wallets. All deposit amounts are credited to your account in PKR with no currency conversion applied at any stage.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section of your account. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within minutes.
• Bank Transfer deposits may take longer to reflect depending on your bank's processing times.
• Deposits are only accepted from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pkr360 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

pkr360 reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any deposit. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source may be returned and the associated account may be reviewed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. pkr360 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

Before a withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• You must have met the wagering requirements on any active bonus funds.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold for your selected method.
• There must be no outstanding compliance review or account query on your account.

Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically handled within a few hours during normal operating periods. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.

pkr360 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending the outcome of a security or compliance review. In the event of confirmed fraudulent activity, pkr360 may withhold funds in accordance with these Terms and applicable policies.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pkr360 offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, reload offers and Cricket or PSL-specific promotions. All promotional offers are subject to individual terms that are published on the Promotions page.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on pkr360 carry a wagering requirement — this means the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement for each offer is stated in its individual terms.

Bonus Abuse

pkr360 takes a serious view of any attempt to exploit promotional offers. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once.
• Placing bets in patterns specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Coordinating with other users to exploit a promotion.
• Using a bonus on game types excluded from its wagering contribution.

Where bonus abuse is identified, pkr360 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and suspend or close the account. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at pkr360's sole discretion.

7. Games and Betting

pkr360 provides access to Sports Betting (including Cricket, PSL, T20, Football and Esports), Casino table games, Live Casino, and Slot Games. All games and betting markets are provided for entertainment purposes. By placing a bet or wagering on any game, you accept that the outcome is determined by chance or the result of a real sporting event and that losses are a normal part of gameplay.

Sports Betting

Bets placed on Sports markets — including Cricket, Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and Football — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market. In-play bets are accepted during live events and are final once confirmed. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

Casino and Live Casino

Casino games, including Live Casino tables, use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics as applicable. Results are final once a game round is completed. Technical errors during gameplay will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — pkr360 reserves the right to void any bet placed during a verified technical failure.

Slot Games

All Slot Games available on pkr360 use certified RNG mechanics. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are in line with industry standards. Past results on any slot do not influence future outcomes — each spin is independent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pkr360 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held:

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false identity, age or contact information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes in betting markets.

• Attempting to access other users' accounts without authorisation.

pkr360 monitors accounts and transaction patterns for activity consistent with prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, accounts may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. pkr360's decisions on prohibited conduct matters are final.

9. Account Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request to close your pkr360 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed. Real-money balances meeting withdrawal conditions will be paid out to your registered payment method.

Closure by pkr360

pkr360 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for reasons including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or inactivity. In the event of closure for a Terms breach, any balance held may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. pkr360 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in line with the fee schedule published in the account settings section. You will receive advance notice before any inactivity fee is applied.

10. Limitation of Liability

pkr360 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, pkr360 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from use of the platform, including betting losses.
• Temporary platform downtime, technical errors or delays in processing.
• Loss of data resulting from circumstances outside pkr360's direct control.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkr360's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy

pkr360 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and provide customer support.

pkr360 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and other third parties strictly necessary for platform operation, in line with the Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

pkr360 is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. The platform is for adult players aged 18 and above who are using it as a leisure activity within their means — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.
